Project Spotlight: Two Neutral Bathrooms

A gorgeous spec home by Susan Tan on 108 Irma Ave, Pt Washington, NY 11050

This stunning new construction built by Susan Tan and thoughtfully designed by Esperanza Huggins of Nemo Tile is a Colonial with luxury modern finishes. To complete her vision, Susan Tan turned to Nemo Tile + Stone, Hicksville for all of her tile needs.

Starting with the master bathroom, Nemo Tile’s Verve Collection was chosen. Verve brings the aesthetic of cement into the space by perfectly mimicking the textured look of poured concrete in a durable porcelain format.  For the floor, 12×24 in the color Clay was chosen and for the floor 12×24 in the color Sand. The soft color palette brings a clean sense of calm and serenity to this expansive beautiful space.

Inside the glass shower, Nemo Tile’s Verve in Clay 2×2 mosaic was chosen for the showerfloor adding a bit of interest and great slip resistance.

For their second bathroom, Nemo Tile’s Studio Collection was chosen. The Studio Collection offers white-body wall tiles in beautiful soft colors inspired by natural elements. For the feature wall, Studio in Perla Rope. This tile features a gorgeous texture and soft beige color. Complimenting the feature wall is Studio in 10×30 Perla

For the shower feature wall and niche Studio in Avorio Rope was chosen. This Italian wall tile is the perfect way to include a refined, sophisticated pop of color to any space. The soft blue and rope-like texture bring interest to this space.

Stay tuned for next week’s Project Spotlight where we will take a closer look at other spaces in this beautiful home!
