The homeowners of this mid-century modern influenced ranch home by the water were looking to create a light and airy California feeling in their home. For these two bathrooms the different Los Angeles styles were a big influence. With the help of Nemo Tile, designer Maria Zoe made that vision into a gorgeous reality!

This bathroom features Nemo’s Gotham 2×6 in Pavement in an amazing basket weave pattern on the floor. This gorgeous subway tile features a textured poured cement look. Gotham brings the aesthetic of cement into the space by perfectly mimicking the textured look of poured concrete in a durable porcelain format.

Nemo’s Towne 2.5×10 in White Crackle was chosen for the walls and shower surround. This gorgeous subway tile features a distinct crackle glaze, giving it an added dimension and antique look while the standard subway layout gives the space a classic feel. Installed in a vertical stacked bond pattern draws the eye up and creates the feeling of a larger space. Pairing the white tile with a black grout and black Schluter trims amps up the drama in this space.

Completing this space is a gorgeous mid century modern vanity by Room and Board, black shower fixtures, Kohler sink and toilet.

For their powder room a gorgeous combination of highly patterned wallpaper and gold fixtures truly makes a glamourous space. The organic shapes in the wallpaper, Indiennes by Peter Fasano, create a great dichotomy to Nemo’s Glazed Hexagon Mosaic in Matte White chosen for the floor.
