Project Spotlight: Philadelphia Row Home Refresh Pt. 2

Built in the 1800’s, this classic Philadelphia Row Home in Center City was due for a renovation. The homeowners wanted to keep the design inline with the original period of the home with a refresh. With the help of Nemo Tile and Rachel Salomon, Nemo Tile Philadelphia’s Showroom Manager, they made their vision a reality!

This third floor bathroom was actually originally a closet that the homeowners converted. The original bathroom which was so short you couldn't stand in it! They decided to convert the original small bathroom into a storage space.

The bathroom’s simple yet elegant design gives the impression that it is the period of the home. The floor is a classic Fosso 1” Hexagon Mosaic. Hexagon shape tile provides a vintage look that’s new again, making it a great choice for both old and new home designs! The flooring is completed with two beautiful carrara marble saddles for the entry and shower entrance.

For the shower surround and bathroom walls Pulse Pop W White 5x13 was chosen. Installed in a classic running bond pattern this bright white tile creates the classic, clean elegance of the home.
