A gorgeous spec home by Susan Tan on 106 Irma Ave, Pt Washington, NY 11050

This stunning new construction built by Susan Tan and thoughtfully designed by Esperanza Huggins of Nemo Tile is a Colonial with luxury and modern finishes in Manhattan style. To complete her vision, Susan Tan turned to Nemo Tile + Stone, Hicksville for all of her tile needs.

Starting with the focal wall in this powder room, Nemo Tile’s Fusion Mini Hex Glass mosaic tile in Frost was chosen. The mixture of glossy and matte finishes, paired with the classic mini hexagon mosaic shape, creates  depth and intrigue that guides you through the space. The addition of the beautiful lighted mirror really makes this mosaic shine and highlights the gorgeous mix of glass finishes.

The patterns of our Fusion Collection appear in a varying gloss and matte finish mix, providing depth & sheen. The Fusion collection has 4 unique shapes and 14 colorway options that provide designers and end-users versatility to create individual, tailored looks unique to their own personal style!

For the shower walls of the upstairs bathroom Nemo Tile’s Hawthorn in Sky was chosen. This large format subway tile features an undulating texture and distinct glazing for an antiqued look. The wave-like texture plays beautifully with the natural light in this gorgeous space. The soft sky blue glazing paired with a dark grout compliments the grey wall paint and floor tile.

The bathroom floor features Nemo Tile’s Verve in Cement Pumice. Verve brings the aesthetic of cement into the space by perfectly mimicking the textured look of poured concrete in a durable porcelain format.  The soft color palette perfectly balances the soft blue wall tiles.

For a pop of color Nemo Tile’s Argent Porcelain in Chicago Fire creates a focal wall for this washroom. Our Argent Collection deepens the already rich look of natural argent stone with superbly saturated shades inspired by colors beloved across America. Textured reds, blues, greens, even purples stand side-by-side with versatile neutrals to offer a full spectrum of inviting, never overstated styles.
